All orders are shipped F.O.B. Columbus, Ohio.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is our normal carrier. Orders sent by United States Parcel Post (US Mail) will incur an additional $15 service charge. If you prefer another carrier please let us know when placing your order.
Please allow enough transit and packing time when ordering. Refer to the UPS delivery schedule map below to estimate the approximate number of days for delivery. The map below does NOT include the time needed to process orders. Please allow enough time for orders to be processed. We do NOT guarantee same-day shipping!


All orders are shipped “COD-CASH”, Credit Card, or Pre-Paid ONLY. (Please note that some carriers no longer accept “Cash”, for COD-CASH shipments. Instead, these carriers will accept ONLY Money Orders or Bank Certified Checks.)
COD customers are encouraged to save COD tags as a receipt of payment.
Prepayment will be accepted in the form of Company/ Bank/ Personal Checks or Money Orders. Prepaid orders will be shipped after checks have cleared.
When prepaying, please ESTIMATE 15% of total merchandise cost as the amount of freight cost. Any credit from the overpayment of freight will be credited to your account.
Air shipment payments must be Pre-Paid or by Credit Card (NO COD).
Any delinquent payments will incur interest, collection, and all legal fees at the expense of the customer.


NO Returns will be accepted without our prior authorization. A return authorization must be on the package.
All Returns must be sent Prepaid. NO COD RETURNS will be accepted. Claims for defective and broken merchandise or shortages must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of goods.
All orders refused and/or returned undeliverable will be billed a 15% restocking fee on the total merchandise PLUS original freight charges AND return freight charges.
Ramson’s Imports, Inc. does NOT sell merchandise on a “Guaranteed Sale” basis, and will NOT accept ANY returns unless the product is defective.
